Traffic & Banner Exchange sites are a great way to get visitors to your website.  Programs differ, but they all operate on the premise that if you view/visit a site you will be rewarded with a visitor to your site.  Following is a list of the programs I currently use.

123 Clicks is a pro site.  Membership is a one-time fee of $19.97.  But, you earn $10.00 for each referral, so after just two, you've got your money back!  They also have Text Link advertising, Banner advertising and Solo Ezine advertising.  This great program also has promotional tools and resourses along with strong anti-cheat measures.

Auto Hits is a free to join, auto surf (you don't have to click anything to view the next page) program.

Clicks Matrix is a powerful traffic exchange plus downline builder.  Free and paid levels, 15 referral levels.

Eternal Hits is a free site, currently offering 3 upgrade levels.  They also offer text and banner advertising.

Gone Clicking is a great NEW pro traffic exchange and downline builder. Several programs are supported, making it easy to promote to your downline, if you already belong to the programs.

Hit Pulse is a free to join traffic exchange program, but as soon as you can afford it, upgrading is a must!  This programs generates TONS of quality traffic!  Excellent anti-cheat protection, too.

Traffic Swarm Free to join. Pro level available. Great cheat proof program with targeted traffic.

Banners Go MLM is, as the name says, a banner exchange site.  It's free to join and they have great promotional tools and help, too.
